The Park located in Vuon Lai Ward (formerly District 10) was built in over 90 days, spans 4.3 hectares in the urban core, and is identified as one of nine key projects of the city’s green space development plan.

The Park’s central circular square, approximately 1,800 square meters in size, inspired by the image of a water droplet falling to the ground, symbolizes memory and rebirth after the pandemic.

Here stands the 6-meter-tall Tear Drop Monument, crafted from mirrored stainless steel with a heart-shaped cutout visible in natural light, representing gratitude and love. Surrounding the monument are nine steps, a system of 360 water candles and 1,000 illuminated points at night.

The park's functional spaces are diverse, while the green areas are preserved and new landscapes are added, making it a harmony between architecture and nature. To celebrate the inauguration, the park is hosting a spring flower festival showcasing thousands of trees, flower pots, and 12 miniature landscapes reflecting the Lunar New Year traditions of the northern, central, and southern regions of Vietnam.
