Visiting the house where Vietnam’s Declaration of Independence was written
(VOVWORLD) - The house at No.48 Hang Ngang Street was where President Ho Chi Minh wrote the Declaration of Independence by the end of August, 1945 which gave birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Situated in the Old Quarter, a busy commercial center of Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi, it has been listed among the nation’s special historical and cultural sites.
