Vietnam has so far recorded a total of 900,585 infections, ranking 40 out of 223 countries and territories. Vietnam ranks 152 out of 223 countries and territories by the ratio of infections per 1 million people.

On Wednesday, Vietnam recorded 2,024 more recoveries from COVID-19, raising the number of recoveries to 812,314. During the day, 54 patients died.
