The event aims to promote the image of Dien Bien, while fostering tourism cooperation between the six provinces of the expanded Northwest Region and Ho Chi Minh City.
The festival also serves as an occasion for these localities to review their cooperation outcomes in recent years, set directions for sustainable development in the coming period, and expands cooperation with provinces in Northern Laos and China, as well as various international partners. The event lasts until Sunday.
