Ms. Ngan pledged close cooperation with the Laotian legislature and Government to ensure the successful construction of the Laos National Assembly building by 2021 as a modern site of enriched cultural identities with Laotian people’s support, symbolizing bilateral special friendship and unity. She asked the Lao top leader to facilitate Vietnamese community’s living, working and studying in Laos. Mr. Volachith thanked Vietnam for its valuable support in the construction of the assembly building.

Chairwoman Ngan participated in the building’s ground breaking ceremony before concluding her visit to Laos on Wednesday.
