The projects include a bridge spanning the Mang River connecting Minh Chau-Quan Lan Island with Ban Sen Island, service roads along the main axis of the Cai Rong urban area, and the new Cai Rong Market.
Rolled out simultaneously across key sectors—transport, urban development, commerce, education, technical infrastructure, and the environment—the projects are helping Van Don complete a synchronized and modern infrastructure network.
They are expected to better connect development spaces, narrow regional disparities, and create favorable conditions for trade, tourism, and investment.
At the ceremonies, Van Don leaders reaffirmed their commitment to supporting investors and businesses, accelerating administrative reforms to foster an open and transparent investment environment, and mobilizing resources effectively to ensure both progress and quality in project implementation.
