She urged the province to provide more favorable conditions for the young disadvantaged to study and develop comprehensively.
“We should focus on teaching knowledge and skills, which include life skills, study skills, work skills, as well as adaptability and integration skills. In today’s rapidly changing global context, each individual, especially young people, must be equipped with the necessary skills to adapt, integrate, and fully promote their role,” said Ms. Xuan.
Vice President Xuan gave 30 scholarships, each worth 113 USD, to disadvantaged students who have excelled in their studies. She also presented learning materials and additional scholarships for disadvantaged students across Dien Bien province.
