The court will begin at 8am (local time), August 20, 2018, at The Hai Phong City People’s Court on Le Hong Phong street, Dang Lam ward, Hai Nam district, Hai Phong City, Vietnam. If Mr. Jeong Dong Il is unable to attend the above-mentioned trial, a second trial will be held at 8am (local time), August 30, 2018.

If Mr. Jeong Dong Il is not present at the trial, the Hai Phong City People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
