The court will begin at 8am (local time), September 12, 2017, at 500, Phuoc Nguon A hamlet, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam. If Mrs. Chrissy Minh Chau Nguyen (Nguyen Minh Chau) is unable to attend the above-mentioned trial, a second trial will be held at 8am (local time), September 26, 2017.
If Mrs. Chrissy Minh Chau Nguyen (Nguyen Minh Chau) are not present at both trials, the Vinh Long provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
