Dolphin Palace inside Quang Ninh’s Planning, Exhibition, and Culture Palace, will host the ASEAN+3 Song Contest 2019.

Quang Ninh’s Planning, Exhibition, and Culture Palace, where the contest will take place, has been refurbished and decorated with flags of 10 ASEAN countries, China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. A theater of 1,000 seats has been carefully checked to ensure technical requirements and safety.

Truong Manh Hung, Deputy Head of Quang Ninh province’s Investment Promotion Board, said: “We have worked with VOV to carefully check the venue. With experience in organizing big international events, we will ensure security and safety for the contest.”

The ASEAN+3 Song Conest 2019 is co-organized by VOV and Quang Ninh province to enhance friendship and unity among ASEAN countries as well as promote young singers. The final round is scheduled to take place on Sunday night and will be broadcast live on VOV3, VOV English 24/7, VTC, and VOV’s Vietnam Journey channel.
