(VOVWORLD) - The traditional craft of making Thanh Tri steamed rice rolls in Hanoi has been officially recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The recognition acknowledges the craft’s culinary value and will help to promote this cultural treasure.
