(VOVworld) – Thanh Hoa province has had 12 communes that achieved all the criteria set in the national program on new rural development. The local authorities aim to have another 27 such communes by the end of this year, noting that the program’s success is attributed to the local people’s contribution and solidarity in new rural development.
