Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc will deliver a speech at the event. The Summit is attended by the representatives of prominent international organizations, as well as academics and hundreds of business leaders from Asia Pacific and global enterprises. The conference will discuss smart agriculture, financial services for development, health care, education, infrastructure, connectivity, tourism, special economic zones, small and medium enterprises, start-ups and innovation.

During the 2-day meeting of the APEC Concluding Senior Officials’ Meeting (CSOM) which commenced the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week 2017 in Da Nang on Monday, delegates focus on reviewing the progress of APEC cooperation this year and finalizing the APEC Ministerial Meeting statement and the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week Declaration.
