Deputy Director General of the Employment Department at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Chu Thi Hanh, said the launch ceremony for the Action Month is scheduled to be held on April 24 in Quang Ninh province, coinciding with the launch of Workers’ Month.
“In the digital era, a key challenge for occupational safety and hygiene is changing mindsets, particularly in the use of technology and artificial intelligence in this field. For example, in jobs that require strict safety standards or pose high risks of occupational diseases and accidents, robots and advanced technologies can replace human labour. Technology can be used to process data, identify risks and provide timely warnings to help workers avoid potential hazards,” according to Hanh.
