Dak Lak province preserves Gong culture

(VOVWORLD) - “The Space of Gong Culture” of the Central Highlands of Vietnam was recognized as a World Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2005. Since then, the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak has made efforts to preserve the gong culture.

(VOVWORLD) - Zeng (brocade) weaving has long played an important role in the spiritual life and culture of the Ta Oi ethnic group in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue. Zeng is used in worshipping, as a love token for couples, or gifts to show gratitude to those who make great contributions to their villages.
