(VOVWORLD) - A special class to eradicate illiteracy is open from Monday to Friday at the cultural house in Binh Lieu district, Quang Ninh province. The class is for ethnic minority people and adults who work during the day time and must study in the evening.

(VOVWORLD) - “Ho khoan” Le Thuy, a genre of Vietnamese folk music from Le Thuy district, in the central province of Quang Binh, was recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2017. Since then, local people have worked harder to keep “ho khoan” singing alive.
