(VOVWORLD) - A photo and video contest has been launched as part of the “Happy Vietnam” program, organized by the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

By capturing and spreading meaningful moments of the Lunar New Year at home and abroad, the contest aims to honor Vietnam’s Tet values such as customs, festivals, daily life, family and community reunion at the beginning of the new year.
Organized online on https://happy.vietnam.vn, the photo and video contest is open to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners alike. Submissions will be accepted from February 10 to March 10, 2026. The results announcement and award ceremony are scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
