At the get together connected online to 102 communes and wards across the province, Mr. Lam stressed on a fundamental shift in development mindset, from managing specific areas to enabling strategic development spaces.
“Building a new growth model toward rapid, high-quality, in-depth and resilient growth, based on reorganizing development flows. It is necessary to resolutely shift from resource exploitation and raw agriculture to upgrading value chains. Deep-processing industries, renewable energy, the marine economy, high-quality tourism and the digital economy must serve as key drivers,” said Mr. Lam.
