France’s L’Humanité newspaper published an article emphasizing that, following decades of Vietnam’s impressive economic growth, the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam has set goals to sustain development momentum through 2030, while accelerating innovation within the framework of a socialist-oriented market economy.
