In its congratulatory message, the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan (LDP) affirmed that, based on the Japan–Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity in Asia and the world, continued close coordination between the LDP and the Communist Party of Vietnam holds great significance for strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including security, the economy, culture, and people-to-people exchanges.

In its message, the German Communist Party shared its admiration of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s efforts to overcome challenges, demonstrate leadership, and strengthen and develop the Party in the ongoing process of socialism building.

The German Communist Party expressed confidence that Vietnam will achieve its set goals, becoming a country with modern industry and upper-middle income by the 100th anniversary of the Party’s founding in 2030, laying the foundation for its rise as a developed country with a socialist orientation.

The congratulatory message from the Communist Party of Brazil (PCdoB) emphasized that the slogan of the 14th National Party Congress reflects a correct political line, combining steadfast adherence to socialist principles with innovation and adaptability to the challenges of the times. The Congress’s theme, the message noted, demonstrates the sound leadership and correctness of the development path Vietnam is pursuing.

In other congratulatory messages, political parties including the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (Czech Republic), the Communist Party of Chile, the Communist Party of Argentina, the Marxist Communist Party of Canada, the Communist Party of Bangladesh, the Communist Party of Norway, the Communist Party of India, the Communist Party of Belarus, the AMANAT Party of Kazakhstan, the Hungarian Civic Alliance (Fidesz), the People Power Party of the Republic of Korea, the Democratic Party of Mongolia, the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (The Party of Revolution) of Tanzania, the Justice and Development Party (AKP) of Türkiye, and the All Progressives Congress of Nigeria, among others, enthusiastically praised Vietnam’s achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. They expressed confidence that the 14th National Party Congress will usher Vietnam into a new era of development and voiced their desire to continue promoting comprehensive cooperation with Vietnam across multiple fields.

In addition to political parties, the Secretary-General of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) and the Asia–Europe Political Forum (AEPF) have also sent congratulatory messages to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
