Vinh Long residents hopeful about Congress selection of competent leaders
(VOVWORLD) - People in Vinh Long province said they’re confident the 14th National Party Congress will be able to select leaders who possess integrity, talent, and virtue for the Party Central Committee.

They also expressed their expectation that the major policies and decisions made at the Congress, when implemented, will spur breakthroughs in Vietnam's socio-economic development and improve people's lives.
Nguyen Thanh Duyen from Vinh Long province said, "We’re very interested in, and frequently follow news updates about the 14th National Party Congress. This historic milestone amid Vietnam’s re-organization of its administrative units, will create new momentum for economic development and usher in a new era of national rise. Our biggest wish is for the National Party Congress to succeed and arrive at a dedicated and passionate team of leaders who will help Vietnam develop further in this new era."
Le Thanh An, another resident from Vinh Long, said, “I’ve seen a lot of great and potentially breakthrough strategies among those proposed so far. There are a lot of new directions that show the Party's determination. I believe that after the Congress, when these strategies and policies are implemented, they will deliver great results and improve people's living standards."
