The competition, which drew over 1,000 young programmers nationwide and generated more than 300 million online engagements during the qualifying round, featured 16 finalist teams. With a total prize pool of 130,000 USD, the Blockchain Layer-1 category carried the highest award of 38,000 USD.
In the final debate round, KMASC secured victory in the Blockchain Layer-1 category with a project on a national diploma and certificate management platform.
Other winners included FidaTech (CEX–DEX Exchange, 19,000 USD) for VEXTOR, a centralized digital asset exchange solution; Web3 TraceHub (Blockchain Traceability, 19,000 USD) for a blockchain-based supply chain transparency platform; and AnyAxis Labs x Decentrio Labs (Blockchain Bridge, 19,000 USD) for ZK-Portal, a solution enabling secure and efficient cross-chain transactions.
