Art performance in praise of national border, sea, and islands

(VOVworld) - A special art performance in praise of Vietnam’s seas, islands and borders took place in Ho Chi Minh City on Sunday. The program aimed to educate people about Vietnam’s seas, islands and borders and called for them to share the difficulties of the islanders and soldiers stationed there. Rear Admiral Dang Minh Hai is Director of the Naval Politics Department: "Activities like this reflect the affection and responsibility of the municipal Party Committee, government, and citizens in safeguarding Vietnam. This has encouraged naval forces, maritime police, fisheries surveillance forces, and fishermen, to strive forward to fulfill their assigned tasks to protect national maritime sovereignty."
