As a result, these three countries will be connected to the EU system and the EU will accept their COVID-19 certificates with the same conditions as its own COVID-19 digital certificate.

This means that holders of certificates issued by Indonesia, Seychelles and Vietnam will be able to use them under the same conditions as holders of EU COVID-19 digital certificates. The EC decisions come into effect from Wednesday.
