Participants emphasized that as Vietnam enters a new phase of development requiring high and sustainable growth alongside energy transition, building large-scale, integrated, and globally competitive energy industrial centers is an urgent priority.

Recent Party and State policies have identified the formation of new growth poles and national energy centers aligned with regional advantages and global trends.

The Prime Minister called for diversified resource mobilization and assigned the responsible Deputy Prime Minister to directly oversee the completion of relevant dossiers.

He stressed a results-oriented approach, focusing on action, not delay, while ensuring a clear roadmap and efficient resource allocation.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade was tasked with finalizing documents and proposing appropriate special mechanisms and policies.
