Mr. Sang said Cao Bang is one of the most difficult localities in the country, but there have been many positive changes in socio-economic development. He praised the efforts of local administrations and people to reduce poverty.

Former President Sang and his entourage on Saturday continued to give donation to help build new houses for locals in Cao Bang’sTrung Khanh district.
