Speaking at the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed the need to ensure transmission infrastructure, cybersecurity, and inter-agency connectivity; using a single software system shared within the province. Mr. Dung also asked to ensure availability of all online services on the national public service portal by June 30.
Dung said: "Ministries and agencies need to work closely with localities to publicly update databases, especially procedures and workflows, immediately after relevant ministries announce new administrative procedures. We must adjust internal processes for electronic workflows and online public services to ensure uninterrupted, efficient services as from July 1."
