The campaign raises awareness among teachers and students about the importance of the sea, islands, and the Vietnam People's Navy, as well as the duties and responsibilities of citizens and resource attraction to contribute to building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern Navy, firmly protecting the sovereignty of the Fatherland's sea and islands in the new era.

Using engaging communication methods, flexibly combining presentations, storytelling, problem-solving, and incorporating relevant video clips, the speakers providedthe latest information and historical evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos; the Party and State's views and policies on protecting maritime sovereignty; and outstanding achievements in protecting sovereignty and security at sea.

Information was disseminated to over 1,000 officials, Party members, secretaries, neighborhood group leaders, heads of Fatherland Front committees, village elders, community leaders, influential figures in ethnic minority communities, religious dignitaries, teachers, and students in Cat Tien commune, Lam Dong province.
