Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son attended the launch event, part of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
With the operation of PVD8, PV Drilling now has a fleet of modern offshore drilling rigs, including 5 jack-up rigs and 1 semi-submersible rig.
The event marks a significant milestone in PV Drilling’s 24-year development journey, underscoring the company’s efforts in expanding operations and improving technical capacity and competitiveness, thereby strengthening the position of Vietnamese drilling contractors in both domestic and global markets.
