He stressed the need to direct the reorganization of local military in alignment with the newly-restructured local administration, improve its forecasting capacity, and promptly advise the Party and State on policies and strategies to safeguard national interests.
He asked for stronger efforts to implement the “Digital Literacy for All” movement and promote administrative reforms and digital transformation in military administrative management.
He stressed the need to improve the quality of human resources, resolutely implement key military and defense projects, and expand trusted defense cooperation with other countries and partners, prioritizing neighboring and regional countries, major powers, strategic and comprehensive partners, and traditional friends.
