It will form trustworthy, stable and secure data systems for both State agencies and enterprises to create many new values, new products and services, and new driving forces for socio-economic development.

By 2030, the Government wants every national and sectoral database locked into a unified system. 90% of administrative procedures will be provided online; 100% of national online public services will be deployed on the National Public Service Portal; 100% of citizens and businesses will use online public services and 90% of citizens and businesses will participate in the e-Government system.
By the end of 2030, National Data Center No. 02 will be completed and put into operation and Center No. 3 will be built.
