The Government plans to present 63 documents and reports to the legislature, including 37 draft laws and resolutions that will have a broad impact on socio-economic development.

PM Chinh called for greater agility in the legislative process, “Ministries, sectors and localities have shown initiative and creativity in drafting legislation. But the implementation must be fast, effective, and responsive to real-world developments. Otherwise, we risk falling behind and missing opportunities. Flexibility and creativity are essential.”

Mr. Chinh emphasized the need for clear responsibilities, timelines, and enforcement mechanisms to ensure that laws are implemented effectively once approved.
