PM Hung addressed a ceremony commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Police Force for Administrative Management of Social Order on Sunday in Hanoi. The force has delivered groundbreaking solutions in state management in residence management; weapons management; industries and business activities; contributing to ensuring security, order, and social safety.

The Police Force for Administrative Management of Social Order has made a fundamental shift towards digital management, digital governance, and digital service. These efforts have formed a modern management method based on data, connectivity, sharing, and electronic authentication, while creating a foundation to reduce procedures, paperwork, time, and costs, and enhance transparency, accuracy, and convenience for citizens and businesses. This is a huge contribution to reforming national governance methods, building a modern administration, building a digital government, a digital society, and digital citizens,” the PM said.

The PM called on the force to maintain its pioneering and core role in national digital transformation and ensure that data is always accurate, complete, and consistent. He stressed the need to promote the integration, connection, and sharing of data, forming a data ecosystem to serve state management and provide public services to citizens and businesses.

It’s necessary to upgrade the electronic identification and authentication system, develop the electronic identification application (VneID) into a national platform, a safe and accurate communication channel between the State and citizens and businesses, Mr. Hung said.

At the ceremony, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung presented the Ho Chi Minh Order to the Police Force for Administrative Management of Social Order and the First-Class Fatherland Protection Order to the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order.
