According to Tatler, its honorees not only excel in their professional fields but also inspire and drive the development of Asia—home to some of the world’s most dynamic economies and corporations.

Professor Khuong’s inclusion is a significant milestone for Vietnam’s scientific community. For many consecutive years, he has appeared in the top 2% of the world’s most influential scientists, according to Stanford University.

A standout aspect of his career is his role in building global connections among Vietnamese intellectuals through AVSE Global, a network of Vietnamese-origin experts and scholars spanning more than 20 countries.

Professor Khuong said the recognition is a tribute to the collective efforts of those in AVSE Global who tirelessly pursue the goal of a more prosperous, sustainable, and globally respected Vietnam.

“He said this is an unexpected honor to be recognized in the category of scientists dedicated to solving the nation’s challenges and wants to dedicate this honor to his colleagues in AVSE Global, who are devoted and resolute in their work of policy consultation and advisory efforts and organizing conferences, policy forums, research and development, and global knowledge exchanges.

“I hope Tatler will expand its categories to recognize individuals who are pioneering the transformation of theoretical knowledge into practical applications, breakthrough technologies, and breakthrough policies for Vietnam,” said Professor Khuong.
