The Congress agreed on the overarching goal for the next term, aiming to strengthen Party building and a clean, strong political system; streamline the organizational apparatus to ensure effectiveness and efficiency; safeguard national defense and security; foster solidarity and breakthroughs for rapid, distinctive, and sustainable development; build modern, synchronized infrastructure; develop high-quality human resources; comprehensively improve living standards; and transform Thai Nguyen into a modern industrial center. The province aims to achieve upper-middle-income status before 2030, and to become a high-income, fully developed province by 2045.

Key economic targets include maintaining an average annual growth rate of at least 10.5%, and raising the share of the digital economy in the provincial GRDP to about 35% in the 2026–2030 period.
Delivering the closing remarks, Trinh Viet Hung, Secretary of the Thai Nguyen provincial Party Committee, emphasized: “The success of this Congress marks a milestone and an important step forward in the history of Party building and development in Thai Nguyen. The resolution adopted embodies the aspirations, wisdom, and determination of the entire Party organization, armed forces, and people of the province. In implementing the Congress Resolution, the new Provincial Party Committee will harness collective wisdom, uphold democracy, and listen attentively to the constructive opinions of officials, Party members, and the public, in order to refine and effectively carry out the resolution in a comprehensive and practical manner.”
The provincial Party Secretary called on all Party committees, organizations, officials, and members to promptly study and widely disseminate the Congress Resolution and Action Program. He urged them to translate the Resolution into concrete, practical actions that bring about clear and comprehensive changes across all fields of development.
