Local authorities highlighted efforts to promote reading culture through library development, book fairs, mobile libraries, community reading spaces, and digital resources.

In recent years, Quang Tri has donated more than 40,000 books to schools and organized various activities such as book exhibitions, storytelling contests, and seminars. Dozens of bookcases have also been established in remote areas, bringing knowledge closer to local communities.
