Witnessing this historic moment of the nation, Vietnamese Ambassador to China, Pham Thanh Binh said, “This event is of historical significance, helping to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of the Vietnamese government apparatus at all levels.”
“It lays the foundation for building a government closer to the people, understanding the people, and serving the people, while expanding the space for the national sustainable development. This is a highly practical and important step to steer the nation into an era of prosperous development,” the diplomat noted.
The Embassy will increase communication among the Vietnamese community in China to encourage them to uphold the tradition of great national unity and mutual support, look toward the homeland and contribute to national development.
