Notice from People’s Court of Can Tho city to Mr. LOH KIM SOON

[VOVWORLD] - The People’s Court of Hau Giang Province (now the People’s Court of Can Tho City) hereby notifies Mr. LOH KIM SOON of the First-Instance Judgment on Marriage and Family No. 92/2025/HNGD-ST dated June 25, 2025, issued by the People’s Court of Hau Giang Province (now the People’s Court of Can Tho City). Mr. LOH KIM SOON was born in 1975 and resides at 2A/No. 4, Jalan Puteri 10/10, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.

1. Marital relationship:

The Court accepts the claims of the plaintiff and does not recognize the marital relationship between the plaintiff, Ms. Le Thi Bich Nuong, and Mr. LOH KIM SOON.

2. Children:

2.1. Custody of LOH XUE XIN, born on September 5, 2017, female, is granted to Ms. Le Thi Bich Nuong, who shall directly care for, raise, and educate the child until she reaches the age of 18 or until otherwise decided by law.

Mr. LOH KIM SOON is not required to provide child support at this time, as no such request has been made by Ms. Le Thi Bich Nuong.

Mr. LOH KIM SOON has the right and obligation to visit, care for, and educate the child without obstruction by any party.

2.2. Custody of LOH DEK KAI, born on April 4, 2016, male, is granted to Mr. LOH KIM SOON, who shall directly care for, raise, and educate the child until he reaches the age of 18 or until otherwise decided by law.

Ms. Le Thi Bich Nuong is not required to provide child support at this time, as no such request has been made by Mr. LOH KIM SOON.

Ms. Le Thi Bich Nuong has the right and obligation to visit, care for, and educate the child without obstruction by any party.

3. Common property and debts:

As the plaintiff, Ms. Le Thi Bich Nuong, declared that there are no common assets or liabilities, the judges do not consider or resolve this matter.

4. Court fees:

The plaintiff, Ms. Le Thi Bich Nuong, is required to bear the first-instance marriage and family court fee of 300,000 VND. This amount shall be offset against the advance court fee of 300,000 VND already paid under Receipt No. 0000366 dated February 16, 2023, issued by the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hau Giang Province.

5. Right to appeal:

The plaintiff has the right to file an appeal within 15 days from the date of receipt of the judgment.

The defendant has the right to file an appeal within one month from the date the judgment is duly served or publicly posted in accordance with the law.
