(VOVworld)-A music festival called “Glowing Ha Long 2017” will replace Quang Ninh province’s signature annual Carnival. The festival will be the highlight of the Ha Long-Quang Ninh Tourism Week from April 28 to May 5 in Ha Long and Mong Cai cities. The program will gather European arists and top Vietnamese performers.

“This mega show is being prepared carefully and profesionally. Admisison is free,” Nguyen Ngoc Minh, Deputy Director of the Ha Long Sun company elaborated.
The Ha Long-Quang Ninh Tourism Week will also feature street music, local ethnic cultures, and sport activities.
