(VOVworld)-A seminar on the national education’s comprehensive reform in IT context opened in Hanoi on Saturday. Delegates called for a reform in educational and training attitude while improving the capacity of trainers and educational managers. The reform needs to create an open education with life-long learning based on a learning society and electronic education. One-way communication and textbook oriented education must be replaced by active learning and innovation with information technology support.
