(VOVworld) - At least 15 people were killed and 45 wounded in a knife attack Tuesday at a facility for the handicapped in the city of Sagamihara, west of Tokyo.

Local police said they responded to a call about 2:30 a.m. local time from an employee saying something horrible was happening at the facility. According to the Kyodo news agency, a 20-year-old suspect has been arrested.
