Last passengers leave cruise ship in Cambodia after virus clearance
(VOVWORLD) - Cambodia on Wednesday allowed the remaining 233 passengers on board the Westerdam cruise ship to disembark after test results showed that none of them were positive for the COVID-19.
The Cambodian Health Ministry said it worked with the World Health Organization and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to perform the test.
Last week an American passenger from the cruise ship that docked in Cambodia tested positive for COVID-19. The woman was the first passenger from the MS Westerdam to test positive for the virus.
