North Korean officials wrap up Olympic inspection in South
(VOVWORLD) - North Korean officials on Saturday wrapped up a three-day visit to South Korea where they examined Olympic stadiums, hotels and concert halls that will potentially be used by North Korean athletes and other delegates headed to next month’s Pyeongchang Winter Games.

According to Yonhap’s News Agency, they were happy with the schedule for their taekwondo team’s performance, just adding few minor requirements for safety procedure.
The two countries have hosted a series of meetings to discuss the Winter Olympics during the past two weeks. Its positive outcomes demonstrated the breakthrough in inter-Korean sports, which is considered the most significant thaw in ties in years.
