The event was attended by Party General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, and Standing member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.

Addressing the ceremony, Party General Secretary To Lam attached the achievements of the 13th Party Congress term to significant contributions of grassroots Party organizations, individual Party cells, Party members, and especially Party cell secretaries. The 96 honorees represent more than 250,000 Party cell secretaries nationwide.

The Party leader said: "For the first time, the Party Central Committee has organized such a commendation ceremony, reflecting the Party’s special attention to grassroots Party building, where all policies and resolutions are directly implemented. The event recognizes the persistent and often silent contributions of Party cell secretaries, and sends a strong message on strengthening the Party from the grassroots levels, enhancing leadership capacity and combativeness in the new period."
The Voice of Vietnam wins one A prize, one C prize, and three consolation prizes at the 10th Golden Hammer and Sickle Awards 2025.

Regarding Party building tasks, the Party leader emphasized the crucial role of communication and public outreach in fostering social consensus, inspiring national development aspirations, and strengthening public trust in the Party’s leadership.

Mr. Lam said: "Information and communication work must truly serve as an inspirational call, encouraging the entire Party, people, and armed forces to fully promote self-reliance, confidence, resilience, and national pride in successfully implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. Journalistic works, particularly those on Party building, should be contemporary and innovative in line with the digital era, serving as vivid proof of political determination in strengthening and renewing the Party’s leadership effectiveness and governance capacity."
Launched on January 20, 2025, the 10th Golden Hammer and Sickle Awards received nearly 2,300 entries. The Organizing Committee awarded six A prizes, 13 B prizes, 18 C prizes, 10 thematic prizes, and 35 consolation prizes. The Voice of Vietnam won one A prize, one C prize, and three consolation prizes.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee officially launched the 11th Golden Hammer and Sickle Awards 2026.
