Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, a resident of Thai Nguyen province, voiced his wish, saying “I hope that the 16th National Assembly will be an action-oriented legislature, closer to and understanding the people. Policies should focus on improving the quality of public services, from healthcare to education, while boosting digital transformation and cutting administrative procedures. When the material and spiritual lives of the people are ensured and comprehensively cared for, the people's trust in the Party and the State will be further solidified.”
Ms. Duong Thi Thuy, a worker at a factory in Quyet Thang ward, Thai Nguyen province, said she hopes that during industrial and urban development, social welfare policies, especially housing for workers, will soon be resolved.
“Housing is always a major concern for workers. I expect that the 16th National Assembly will be more decisive in removing bottlenecks and accelerating social housing projects. I hope that during this term, low-income earners will easily access preferential capital sources and affordable housing funds, so that the dream of owning a home will no longer be a burden for workers like us,” Ms. Thuy added.
Voters in Thai Nguyen place many expectations on the new term of the National Assembly, hoping that policy decisions will become more practical, better meeting the requirements of development and improving the quality of life for the people.
