The funds will be used to adjust salaries, pensions, social insurance allowances, monthly benefits, preferential policies for people with meritorious service, and other social policy commitments.
Under the resolution, the central budget will account for 57.7% of total state spending in 2026, ensuring resources for political, national defense, and security tasks; investment in key national programs and projects; and the development of synchronized socio-economic infrastructure.
