At the Quy Nhon-Chi Thanh construction site, he asked contractors and workers to closely monitor construction quality, resolve outstanding issues, and accelerate project progress.
“Even in areas with difficult terrain, we must speed up progress. As for materials and other obstacles, we’ll work harder to resolve them. Everyone on-site should support each other, following the Prime Minister’s direction to work day and night. One key requirement is to move fast while ensuring all technical procedures to guarantee quality,” said Mr. Binh.
