During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Ha emphasized the importance of updating the draft decree to incorporate recent legal regulations concerning land, resources, environment, and agriculture.
Mr. Ha said: “The success of the new ministry depends on promoting the green transformation process. Agriculture should go along with the transformation of agricultural and rural human resources and the restructuring of the agricultural economy. By clearly defining these tasks, the ministry can facilitate a faster and more effective transformation.”
