At a meeting with local authorities on Sunday, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the province to review all 2025 indicators, striving to exceed those already achieved, push forward those nearing completion, and aim for the highest possible level for those difficult to meet. If GRDP targets remain out of reach, the province must revise its growth scenarios, he said. He also called for urgent efforts to remove obstacles to public investment, especially for key projects expected to drive future development.

Chinh urged the province to take a more proactive approach, accelerate disbursement, and improve the efficiency of resource use. Chinh commended the province for proactively operating the two-tier local government model following administrative reorganization and for maintaining growth despite significant challenges.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the need to improve living conditions in remote areas and ethnic minority communities, ensuring social welfare alongside national defense and security.
