Professor, Doctor Cheng Han Ping, Director of the Vietnamese Research Center at Zhejiang University of Industry said that in the current cause of reform and building “new era”, the Communist Party of Vietnam plays an absolute and irreplaceable role. He said that opportunities for Vietnam in the new era are greater than challenges. The Chinese scholar cited many factors including solidarity within the Party, the Party Central Committee’s decisions winning people's heart, and Vietnam’s strategic position in major countries’ policy.
